1. 어렸을때 집과 지금 집 비교

 

I remember when I lived in an apartment complex as a child. I used to hang out with my neighbors all the time. Because I lived in a rural area, there were large rivers, and lots of moutains close to my house. But now, thing's have changed a lot. I still live in an apartment complex, bur it's a bit different from the place I grew up. Both are apartment complexes, but my new one has a great city view. My favorite thing to do is having a bottle of beer while enjoying the view of the city. Pluse, public transportation is accessible, so it has become a lot better than the past. I can just walk out and take the subway in five minutes. Overall, I enjoy living in apartment complexes, both in country and in the city.

 

 

2. 우리나라 주택 시장 문제 관련 뉴스

 

Well, I can't think of anything right now, but the only thing I remember is watching the news about the housing market in Korea a few months ago. It was about rising housing prices which has been an ongoing issue for several years. The housing prices have been skyrocketed for years. Because of thism the rent prices have also risen a lot. Due to this issue, people have a lot of troubel finding a home. It's a hard to find a house at a reasonable price. So, the government came up with some policies to curb housing prices. But it seems like they are not always effective. In fact, they sometimes backfire and the housing prices go up again. Well, I guess the housing price is definitely one of the biggest issues in Korea.

 

 

3. How has your house changed since you first moved in? Talk about how it has change.

 

I move into current house about 1 and a half years ago and made many changes since then. The first thing I did when I moved in was to extend the living room and bedrooms out into the balcony. I knew I wouldn’t use the balcony that much so it was dead space. It has really made a big difference to the living room, which is now much more spacious. It is multi-family house and built about 30 years ago, so I re-model the space to make more modern-looking. I newly hung new wallpapers and bought new furniture that looks cozy. And I live alone now, many friends come by and made space as my style.
